The Hong Kong Cycling Association has launched the "Artistic Star Award Scheme" since 1997 aiming at raising local riders' standard and attracting greater participation. The scheme is subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It is designed for the youth aged from 5 to 20.
The participant has to join the training course and attend an assessment upon completion of the course. The progressive training gears towards six levels of award starting from the basic artistic exercise. The participant will be awarded a star-badge as incentive for passing the assessment of each level.
The Hong Kong Cycling Association organizes a series of promotion programs every year, including Artistic Star Award Scheme, demonstrations, basic and advance training courses. It is open for public to participate. The Association will provide bicycles and equipment for all participants.

Cycle-Ball Star Award Scheme
The Hong Kong Cycling Association has launched the "Cycle-Ball Star Award Scheme" since 2004 aiming at raising local riders' skills levels, team co-operation and game rules. The participant has to join the training course and attend an assessment upon completion of the course. The progressive training gears towards six levels of award starting from the basic cycleball skills, team co-operation and games rules practise. The participant will be awarded a star-badge as incentive for passing the assessment of each level. The Hong Kong Cycling Association organizes a series of promotion programs every year, including Star Award Scheme, demonstrations and training courses.

Unicycle Star Award Scheme
Unicycle need a good body coordination and balance skills, this is also a good training aid for artistic cycling. Hong Kong Cycling Association has launched the "Unicycle Star Award Scheme" since 2008, welcome to all the public or groups to join.
